We hope you love your purchase! If, however, you're not satisfied we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding the shipping cost. The returned item must be in original, unused condition with tags attached. The cost of the return shipping and insurance is your responsibility unless the product you received was due to our error. Additional shipping costs may apply to the exchange order.

Upon receipt of your return, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment. We will notify you when we have processed your refund.
Everything we ship is fully insured. Please keep all shipping materials until we can complete the damage claim. If possible, please photograph any visible damage to the shipping materials.
